How to get started

  1. In order to access the features of our app, you must be registered with Pure.
  2. New registrations can be processed through the Pure Retirement website by visiting our register page.
  3. Once registered, the App can be downloaded from the Google Play or Apple store.
  4. You are now ready to login using your normal login details.
  5. Simply open the app, click on the Pure Gateway symbol and enter your email address and password.

Security and protection

The Pure Broker Client mobile app uses the same access system uses the same access system as our online portal. Users will access the service with the same secure credentials and the app will communicate over secure protocols using industry standard encryption and authentication mechanisms.

The app is only available from Apple's App Store and Google Play Store to ensure the app you install is genuine - it should not be installed from any other location.

Frequently asked questions

The Pure Broker Client mobile app has been modelled on our Pure Portal. It will let you create new KFIs and track your application cases. You will also be able to access the many resources available on the portal, including our marketing toolkit, the learning zone and document library.

This is not currently available. However, we are redesigning the application process to support a faster end-to-end turn-around, so we will add mortgage applications and other features in a future update.

There are versions for Android and iOS, and the app is designed to be responsive so should be usable on the widest possible selection of mobile devices, including tablets and smart phones.

Yes, the app is a way to access the services that Pure Retirement offer to our registered brokers. If you are not already registered, please register with us here.

No, while we are very proud to have been first to market with a mobile offering, we learned a lot from this and decided to launch a new product with more functionality and closer alignment to our other services, rather than enhance the original version. Please delete the original Pure App and download our new version.
