The team have been fully trained on empathy, vulnerable customers and difficult conversations (i.e. bereavement) and are able to provide a full remit of services including further borrowing, taking out a cash facility, adding and removing borrowers, and moving a mortgage to another property.

We understand the importance of being able to comprehensively manage all parts of the servicing journey, and as a result, we’re committed to ongoing employee training and keeping skillsets up-to-date across the team.

As a result, we consistently adapt to technical and procedural changes, including flexible payments and repayment options, loans with retention (with follow-ups to ensure works are completed), and changes to fixed/GILT-based ERCs.
