Up to 10% ERC-free optional partial repayments can be made via Direct Debits, with a maximum of 12 repayments per year.
Our Classic Elite range is ideal for clients seeking loans up to £2m. We can consider properties with more than 5 acres of land and there is no maximum property value. Contact your local Business Development Manager for full details.
