Pure Retirement Expands Desktop Valuation Solutions To Classic Range

New Classic Range Desktop Valuation products from Pure Retirement are available as of this morning, meaning the lender is now fully operational across all of its lifetime mortgage product solutions.
This follows the launch of desktop valuation solutions on both its Heritage and Sovereign ranges earlier this month, allowing Pure to continue to provide market-leading retirement solutions for those who require them, even within the current challenging landscape.
On Classic desktop solutions, no haircut will be applied to property value and nor will there be a retention on funds requested, creating a simple solution for both brokers and customers. Available to applicants aged 55-84, Pure’s Classic range offers ERC-free repayment options, an uncapped drawdown facility (subject to maximum LTV) and downsizing protection.
In addition to the new desktop valuation solutions, Pure is pleased to announce the further widening of distribution of its Classic Range, now accessible for select members of the Advise Wise Mortgage Club. Fully integrated with the Advise Wise platform, the club offers its members a dedicated helpdesk and case replacement hotline, as well as a specialist solicitor panel, and regular market and lender updates.
Earlier this year Pure Retirement widened the product’s distribution by offering it to 200 members of the AiR and Premier Equity Release lifetime mortgage clubs, and they are pleased to again be able to widen this further, meaning greater choice for brokers on which club to use.
